Shipping Policy

Every EMBRA order ships free, worldwide. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.

1. Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your order being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

4. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These are set by your local government and are the recipient's responsibility. EMBRA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Correct address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will try to update it before dispatch.

6. Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved for a while or your order seems lost, contact us at hello@prdesignembra.store with your order number. We will help track it down and make it right.
